A court order is obtained by Canada's Competition Bureau to broaden its Google inquiry.

OTTAWA: On Thursday, Canada's antitrust watchdog announced that it had secured a court order to collect data and carry out an ongoing probe into Google's national online advertising policies.


Competition Bureau Canada said in a statement that Google is required by court order to provide documents and data pertinent to an inquiry into whether the search engine behemoth has participated in anti-competitive actions in the online display advertising sector.
