Washington : On Sunday, February 18, US Central Command announced that the US had carried out five self-defense attacks in areas of Yemen under the authority of the Houthi militia, which is backed by Output
It reported that it destroyed three mobile anti-ship cruise missiles, one unmanned surface vehicle, and one unmanned undersea craft on Saturday.
According to CENTCOM's post on X, "Since the attacks started on October 23, this is the first Houthi employment of a UUV."
As per the Central Command's decision, the nearby US Navy ships and commerce ships were in immediate danger due to the missiles and boats.output
